Lluís Noguera is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of X-ELIO, a position he has held since 2019. He brings extensive experience in infrastructure, energy and international business leadership.
Prior to joining X-ELIO, he served as M&A Director at Gas Natural Fenosa (now Naturgy) and later became CEO of Global Power Generation, a joint venture between Naturgy and KIA. In 2023, he expanded his leadership within the Brookfield group as Managing Partner and Global Head of Development in Brookfield’s Renewable.
Lluís holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and completed management studies at Imperial College London Business School.

Inés Bargueño is a member of the Board of Directors at X-ELIO and serves as Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer for Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group in Europe. In this role, she oversees the design and execution of growth strategies and ensures operational excellence across European renewable energy assets.
Before joining Brookfield, Inés led Apple’s Global Energy Team in San Francisco and served as CEO & Managing Director at Renovis Energias.
Inés holds a dual engineering degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and in Electrical Engineering from Université libre de Bruxelles.

Ignacio Paz-Ares is a member of the Board of Directors at X-ELIO and serves as Managing Partner & Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Brookfield’s Renewable Power & Transition Group. In this role, he leads global investment strategy and supports X-ELIO’s expansion and long-term vision.
Before joining Brookfield, Ignacio began his career at Citibank as an investment banking analyst. Since joining Brookfield in 2015, he has held various senior roles focused on investment origination and execution.
Ignacio holds a dual degree in Law and Business Studies from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

Jacqueline Heybrock is a member of the Board of Directors at X-ELIO and serves as Vice President for Renewable Power & Transition at Brookfield Asset Management. In this role, she oversees the execution of growth strategies across European renewable energy assets.
Before joining Brookfield, Jacqueline worked in Real Estate Finance for the EMEA Region in Google and was an Associate in Investment Banking in Credit Suisse..
She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History from the University of Oxford.

Nicholas Pentreath is the Deputy CEO at X-ELIO, where he plays a key leadership role in driving the company’s strategic execution and cross-functional alignment. With over eight years at the company, he previously served as Chief Financial Officer.
Earlier in his career, he was Transactions Services Director at PwC, where he advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and financial due diligence across a range of sectors.
Nicholas holds a BSc in International Business from Lancaster University and a Master in Energy Business from Enerclub – Spanish Energy Institute. He also completed advanced programs in Private Equity and Structured Finance at IE Business School.

Juan Navarrete is the Chief Financial Officer at X-ELIO, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and operations, supporting its global growth in the renewable energy sector.
Before joining X-ELIO, Juan was Chief Financial Officer at Capital Energy and previously served as Vice President of Asset Management for Europe and New Markets at Cintra.
He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where he also completed a Master’s in Infrastructure Management. In 2017, he completed the Executive Education Program at IESE Business School.

Elena Molina is the Chief Business Development Officer at X-ELIO, where she plays a key role in driving the company’s growth in key energy markets and aligning its strategy with sustainability principles.
Before joining X-ELIO, she was Chief Operating Officer for Europe at Brookfield Renewable and previously served as Director of Operations for LATAM at TerraForm Power.
Elena holds a degree in Business Administration & Financial Management from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MBA in Renewable Energies, Oil, Gas and Energy from the Instituto Superior de la Energía.

Beatriz Tielve is the Chief People & Culture Officer at X-ELIO, where she leads the company’s global people strategy, fostering a strong organizational culture and driving impactful transformation initiatives.
Before joining X-ELIO, she was VP of HR for Global Asset Management at SunEdison and Director of Human Resources, Communications & Employee Experience at Inspiralia.
Beatriz holds a degree from the Universidad de Salamanca and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Esden Business School. She has also studied at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien and at The Valley Business & Tech School.

Fernando Lacaci is the Chief Operating Officer at X-ELIO, where he has been a C-Suite member since 2019. He is responsible for the company’s global operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of projects and the implementation of high standards across technical and support areas.
Before joining X-ELIO, he was Head of Engineering and Construction at Naturgy and previously served as Plant Manager at NGS.
Fernando holds a Master of Engineering in Mining Engineering, Energy and Fuel from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where he received an Honorable Mention at the Spanish National University Awards (1995–1996). He also earned an Executive MBA from IESE Business School.

Mirko Molinari is the Chief Commercial Officer at X-ELIO, where he leads the company’s global strategy for PPAs, energy markets and storage, playing a key role in the company’s commercial positioning and long-term growth.
Before joining X-ELIO, he spent over a decade at General Electric (GE), where he held senior leadership roles including Energy Storage Global Commercial Executive and General Manager for Grid Solutions. During his time at GE, he developed deep expertise in commercial strategy, energy infrastructure and international business development across multiple markets.
Mirko holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from Politecnico di Milano.

Jaime de la Serna is the General Counsel at X-ELIO, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s legal strategy and governance as part of the C-suite leadership team.
Before joining X-ELIO, he was Legal Affairs Manager at Gestamp Renewables and previously worked as Senior Associate at Bufete Schüller & Asociados, gaining solid experience in energy law and international transactions.
Jaime holds a Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and has completed further legal and financial training at IE Business School and CEF.

Arancha Martínez is the Country Manager for Spain at X-ELIO, where she leads the development of photovoltaic and storage projects, playing a key role in the company’s growth and positioning in the Spanish renewable energy market.
She joined X-ELIO in 2007 as Head of Project Development and was promoted to Head of Corporate Project Development and Country Manager in 2011. In 2020, she served as President of UNEF (Unión Española Fotovoltaica), the leading solar energy association in Spain.
Arancha holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio in Madrid.

Armando Gómez is the Country Manager for Latin America at X-ELIO, where he leads the company’s renewable energy strategy and operations across key markets in the region. Since joining the company in 2020, he has played a key role in expanding X-ELIO’s presence in Mexico and Chile.
Before joining X-ELIO, Armando was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and A.T. Kearney, where he advised clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors on strategy, operations, and business development throughout Latin America.
Armando holds a dual degree in Business Administration and Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an MBA from INSEAD.

Gianfranco Memoli is the Country Manager for Italy at X-ELIO, where he leads the company’s development and operations in the country. He joined the X-ELIO in 2010 and has held various roles of increasing responsibility before being appointed Country Manager in 2019.
Before joining X-ELIO, Gianfranco worked at Enel Green Power as Legal Assistant in the Corporate Affairs Department, supporting international project development. He began his career at the Venezuelan law firm Araque Reyna.
Gianfranco holds a Law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management.

Kerri Neary is the Country Manager for the United States at X-ELIO, where she leads the development and deployment of solar and storage projects across the country. Since joining the company, she has played a key role in expanding X-ELIO’s footprint in the U.S. renewable energy market.
Before joining X-ELIO, Kerri served as Senior Vice President of Development at Summit Ridge Energy> and previously held a leadership role at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office.
Kerri holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.

Luis Perezagua is the Country Manager for Japan at X-ELIO, where he leads the company’s development and operations in the country.
Before joining X-ELIO, Luis was Country Managing Director for Japan at Solarig, and previously served as a member of the Experts Technical Committee at Ingecer. He also held the position of Vice President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
Luis holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidad Europea and a PhD in Nuclear Fusion from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Manuela Nieto is the Country Manager for Australia at X-ELIO. With more than 15 years at the company, she has played a central role in supporting technical development across all project stages and driving continuous improvement in X-ELIO’s renewable energy portfolio.
Before joining X-ELIO, Manuela worked as a Project Engineer at Besel and as Energy Project Manager at MTBren, overseeing the development and execution of photovoltaic plants.
Manuela holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and a Licentiate in Environmental Chemistry from Universidad Complutense. She has also completed advanced studies at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo and UNED.
