The User must provide their identifying and contact details, as well as the reason, matter or issue in question. X-ELIO will use this data to process the query and contact the User. The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the User. The data retention period for this purpose will be one year, unless other periods are applicable.
Human Resources: The User may contact X-ELIO via the Website to be part of the selection processes being carried out or to apply for available job offers. To do this, they must provide their identifying information, as well as those related to their professional training. Such data will be used to include the User within the selection processes for active job openings. The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the
User. The data retention period will be one year.
Exercise of Rights
The User may revoke his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data, exercising the rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability, opposition and limitation of the processing, making it known to X-ELIO via email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org or postal mail to the address indicated above, indicating “Data Protection” as the subject. On special occasions, we may ask the User to prove their identity through an official document, for example, to prevent access to their data by third parties.
Finally, the User may communicate any modification in writing or request to be removed, stating this intention in writing to any of the addresses provided.
The User may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at any time to
enforce their rights.
