Based in Houston and reporting to the Engineering Manager Americas, the selected professional will manage, optimize, and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering tasks for large-scale renewable energy projects from initiation to operation, ensuring seamless execution across teams and geographies.

Based in Texas and reporting to the Engineering & Construction Director Americas, the selected professional will be responsible for ensuring that the construction of projects is delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety, and accordingly to the terms defined in the EPC contract.

Based in Madrid and reporting to the Accounting, Consolidation & Audit Manager, the selected professional will lead and oversee all aspects of Project Finance Cash Management for Spanish SPVs, ensuring compliance, liquidity, accurate forecasting, and efficient financial execution. 

Based in Madrid and reporting to the Tax Compliance Manager, the selected professional will prepare, review, and ensure compliance with all international tax filings, maintain accurate documentation, support audits, analyze cross-border tax implications, collaborate with internal teams, and monitor global legislative and reporting requirements.

Reporting to the Engineering and Construction Director (Europe) and based in Madrid, we are looking for a Grid Connection Engineer responsible for managing all stages of HV grid connection design of renewable projects.

Based in Madrid, and reporting to the Global HSSE Director, the selected professional will lead the global environmental strategy by developing policies, ensuring regulatory alignment, and overseeing implementation across all project phases. This person will act as the key liaison for environmental matters, driving compliance, performance, and continuous improvement.

Based in Rome, and reporting to the Sr Legal Counsel, the selected professional will play a key role in providing legal counsel to the Italian team and supporting the company’s growth in the Italian market.

Based in Houston, and reporting to the HSSE Manager USA, the selected professional will be required to support the implementation and sustainability of the HSSE Program for the US Projects and Operations, with up to 50% travel to company locations. 

Based in Madrid, and reporting to the Sr Controlling Manager, the selected professional will assist in tracking loan performance, analyzing financial statements and project metrics, monitoring covenants, preparing risk reports, coordinating with stakeholders, managing data, identifying problem loans, and supporting portfolio-wide analytics and reporting.

Reporting to Engineering & Construction Manager Italy, and based in Rome, the selected professional will be responsible for managing all stages of HV grid connection design of renewable projects in Italy. 

Reporting to the Sr Project Development Manager, and based in Rome, the selected professional will lead the development of photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects in Italy from inception to construction readiness, while coordinating land acquisition, permitting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, and based in Houston (TX), the selected professional will provide technical support for Solar PV project engineering, including design review, cost estimation, system modeling, procurement, construction oversight, and technical due diligence.

Reporting to the Sr Site & Permitting Manager, based in Madrid, the selected professional will manage the identification, analysis and request for any connection to the grid that may be of interest to X-ELIO, focused mainly on the Spanish market.

Reporting to the Investment Analysis Manager, and based in Madrid, the selected professional will support and develop financial models and investment proposals for both national and international renewable energy projects.
