X-ELIO, a global leader in the renewable energy sector, has sponsored the Ishikari City Sports Festival, a weekend-long community event to annually celebrate the thriving culture of Ishikari City, Hokkaido. The festival featured a variety of sporting activities including well-known marathons, softball tournaments, walking events, kids’ activities and other sports. In addition, there was an attractive raffle and a tasting of local products, such as salmon, for attendees. The event organized by the Ishikari City Sports Association attracted approximately 3500 participants from the local area.
The sponsorship falls under the X-ELIO’s Community & Nature Plan Program, a program designed to foster positive impact in the communities where X-ELIO operates, with a strong focus on promoting health, community engagement, nature, and local culture.
